斷食疑問 - 健身

大家好
我從2/14開始執行16/8斷食
但是這兩天遇到一個問題想請大家幫忙解惑
我每天進食時間固定為12:00~20:00
因為今天晚上有聚餐 且剛好請假沒有進公司
因此把斷食時間往後延 改為14:00~22:00
但是明天是上班日 又要從中午12:00開始進食
這樣從今天晚上到明天中午的斷食時間只有14個小時
參考了littlelighty大的文章
得知體內的葡萄糖從進食完最後一餐到用盡它需長達12-14小時之久
接著才會燃燒脂肪
這樣一來我有還需要斷這14個小時嗎?
還是就乾脆正常吃等到明天晚上八點再繼續斷食就好了呢?
再麻煩各位回答我的笨問題了謝謝!
