旅行有什麼低脂食品可以攜帶? - 健身

因為要去大陸旅遊一陣子
所以最煩惱的就是到底要吃什麼
大家都知道,大陸的菜通常口味都很重,而且常常是又油又鹹
即使特別請廚師做清淡一點,結果還是會超出台灣一般飲食的標準
因為個人體質關係(看過醫師),如果吃油一點,我很容易冒出脂肪瘤
尤其腿上,脂肪瘤壓迫到神經,會有微微痛覺,但醫生不建議隨便開刀,會留大傷疤
由於有這樣的體質,加上想維持身材,我減脂減得很辛苦
不希望去大陸一個月就破功,身材還其次,怕脂肪瘤的問題更嚴重
想來想去,我只想到水煮鮪魚罐頭和玉米片是低脂又好攜帶的
不知道各位板友有沒有可以推薦的呢?
