跑超過10KM髖關節痛 - 健身

我慢跑的速度約8~9公里
今年起已經可以連續跑8~12公里
但是
我發現只要跑超過10KM 接著幾天髖關節就會不舒服
感覺酸酸熱熱的 偶爾會刺痛
自己的猜測是發炎
第一次當作只是身體還不習慣,以為休息就好了
第三次仍然如此感覺不太妙
搜尋症狀得到的建議是
1.改善跑步姿勢
2.強化肌肉
第一點我自己跑看不到自己姿勢,不知怎麼抓出改善的點
第二的話則是不知道該做何種重訓?強化哪些肌肉群?
來減輕關節與肌腱負擔
有沒有版友遇過類似困擾?又是如何解決的呢?

破10KM的另一個麻煩是一定要穿專業運動內衣跑
穿一般內衣10KM內無事 超過胸口就被磨破皮啦QQ
