1. 久坐看書的肌肉
我相信很多人看書看久後一定會有肩頸痠痛的問題,
還是學生的我、或者長期必須坐著的工作夥伴一定也會想練練的。
2. 下背痛 (low back pain)
老實說以前就會痛一下痛一下,寒假買了滾輪後,
開心做個兩三次,就步到為啥一直痛到現在??
若是要加強下背的話是要怎麼辦?
3. 沒錢買輕薄小筆店只好背個14吋大筆電走來走去,
lilicoco、筆電、變壓器、滑鼠、背包加起來五公斤多,
每次去當完研究助理回家後又是一整個痠痛.....
嗯~這三個我現在想要慢慢改善說,
不知道有沒有人可分享這三個日常生活會使用到的肌肉,
要如何慢慢練呢?
