你忽略了一件事,那就是蔬菜
台灣人吃便當或自助餐好了,配菜通常都是什麼?
炒高麗菜、番茄炒蛋、炒茄子、炒花椰菜……
你發現了嗎?通通都是炒的
但是日本人吃的蔬菜,要嘛生菜,要嘛醃漬
所以你應該發現了,油份差距拉開了
你吃一個排骨飯,配炒高麗菜、炒茄子、蕃茄炒蛋、炒花椰菜
感覺很健康但四個都是用油炒的
日本人吃一個炸豬排定食,他可能配納豆、醃蘿蔔、醃小黃瓜、再加個玉子燒
主菜都是油炸,平手,但配菜幾乎沒什麼油份,差距就拉開了,經年累月就差很多
再加上日本人交通運輸通常要嘛大眾運輸,要嘛開車,那大眾運輸不用講,
你下車後還要走一段路,運動量當然比較多
開車也是,日本停車沒有台灣那麼方便,日本路邊停車少之又少,在日本,路邊
不管畫紅線黃線白線還是沒畫線,通通不能停,要畫停車格才可以停,但停車格超少
所以日本人開車的話也都是要停到立體停車場,再走一段路去目的地,又運動到了
所以日本人如果要去附近500公尺的7-11,肯定是走路,因為開車停車找車位再走過去,
還不如直接用走的比較快
台灣就不說了,去500公尺7-11,肯定是騎機車的
那為什麼日本人不騎機車呢?因為機車也是一樣啊,沒地方停,要停立體停車場的
所以結論出來了,飲食跟交通方式造就了日本人的健康體型,台灣則是懶人天堂
