之前都是一次5000公尺
然後一周跑3天休一天再跑三天
但我朋友說
與其這樣跑
倒不如早三千 晚三千
然後天天跑
效果比較好
又不會一次跑超過負荷傷膝蓋
(因為我之前有一次衝太快 跑完腳受傷)
可是一次3000 根本不到20分鐘
燃脂效率不是很低~
到底是我對 還是他對 還是都對?
