請教 運動如何持之以恆 ?? - 健身

如題,
小弟之前有兩次成功的養成運動的習慣(本身的運動細胞不是太差),
主要動機都是為了瘦身,
瘦身的過程中,也都能領悟運動對健康的影響,
游泳、慢跑、核心每種活動都能讓我感受到身心的改變(有配合飲食),
而每次達到理想的成績(體重、體態)時(兩次減重伏度都約有10kg),
動力就會明顯的不如未達成績當時,
任意的一種理由或是藉口,都能左右今天是否要繼續運動的想法,
EX:上班很累、天氣很冷、天氣很熱、腳不舒服…等
以致於現在又完全不運動了,
運動和健康是非常直接的關係,但是這個理由卻對抗不了自己的惰性,
(想瘦身的理由可以,但是想健康的理由卻沒辦法@@")
不知道各位是如何讓自己對運動持之以恆呢?
希望有人可以分享一下這方面的心得,誠心請教,感謝
