早上跑步 - 健身

剛剛我已經在板上搜尋過/早上 相關文章
結論是:早上跑步跟晚上沒有差 有跑就好
我的問題是...
之前我都利用傍晚下課後去跑步
這禮拜的幾天(禮拜一~今天) 一大早醒來
我就去健身房重訓+跑步 (8KM)
但是 我發現早上跑步之後
好像變得比較會吃
以前中餐晚餐都吃一碗飯就飽了(沒吃早餐 睡醒就中午了Q Q)
這禮拜每一餐都吃到兩碗飯(自助餐 四樣菜 沒有夾肉)
Orz
不知道這樣下去會不會有反效果
原本要減肥卻變成增胖
