早上運動 晚上運動? - 健身

已經上健身房快一個月
一個禮拜做三天重訓各器材40分鐘左右
每天都有做有氧一小時
不過沒有很明顯的變瘦
體力有變好
想問問大家的經驗
白天去運動三餐正常 (吃超過基代200卡)
或是晚上運動三餐正常比較能變瘦呢?
