對我來說 早餐和晚餐是最重要的
午餐可以一個御飯團就打發
但早晚餐一定要兼顧心理和生理的滿足
現在的早餐通常是燻雞蛋/起司蛋夾土司或饅頭
有錢的時候吃豬排蛋/雞腿蛋
希望以後可以吃板烤雞腿堡+沙拉當早餐
大家的早餐都吃什麼?
六七分飽ok的 但我會一天六餐
