不知為什麼
可能進了暑假無敵鬆懈期,又難得的考試還考不錯
整個很放鬆
晚上11點睡覺白天11點起床
結果太早睡太晚起床
一天根本吃不到基代阿XD
大概都剩兩餐的飯1200卡而以XD
當然還是照運動
像今天只吃700卡
水也大概喝800CC
執行平常的跑步習慣
20分鐘4000就掛了
從剛開始跑腳就覺得好重好重
所以想順便問一問
這樣對身體會很傷嗎= =
