最近對飲食這件事很多想法....
不只因為減脂 也是重視自己的運動表現與身體狀況...
常常跟許多人聊到飲食的事 也翻翻板上請益的 減脂成果的菜單...
看看自己平日吃的東西 外食族吃的 學生吃的 中年人老年人吃的...
一直發現有些人為了減肥 為了方便控制熱量 吃來吃去都少少那幾樣
有時候看著那些菜單我會覺得好乏味 總覺得幹麻為了減肥搞得像苦行僧
我不敢說自己吃的菜單就是多好的
(本來一個很重視美食跟不喜歡一成不變飲食的胖子來說就沒啥說服力啦 XD)
但我一直在想回歸到身體最原始的的需求 到底我們怎樣吃才是最適宜?
能不能兼顧補充運動消耗流失並增進運動表現狀況?
能不能兼顧食物美味與成功降體脂減低疾病罹患率?
能不能兼顧促進身體健康與補充身體所需營養?
曾經我也一直在熱量上斤斤計較....
基代多少那我可以吃多少? 運動消耗多少? 那我多久瘦1KG?
什麼可以幫助減肥 阻礙減肥 所以我要吃什麼避開什麼?
後來 我發現這樣因為為了達成減肥目標的短期改變飲食 其實真的沒有比較好
因為食物並不是我們的敵人 真的影響我們身體的是人為的加工與過度的調味啊
曾經和我那個看起來瘦不拉機的重訓夥伴貓兄談到飲食的事
剛開始時那位仁兄總是跟我說 XXX很好吃啊 多吃一點啊 怕什麼
以前我總很不服氣說 你根本吃不胖 不懂我這種胖子心酸啦
可是後來聽他跟我講飲食方法 和他出去吃飯 訓練時看他吃東西的內容
自己又爬了一些文章 我忽然覺得就像他跟我說的
吃啥都不要怕啊 只要不要拿沙拉油灌就好了 XDDD
又想到前幾天我在健身房唸有些人愛暴食又瘋狂運動 這樣不太好吧
另一個練三鐵的夥伴失戀同學 笑笑的我說: 對啊 我也是這樣耶
他說他很愛吃 所以靠大量運動維持身材...
(OS:他根本不用刻意維持吧 他那個運動量 洋芋片吃都不會怕的 XD)
是啊 吃什麼都不怕 只要你懂得吃 還有懂得控制份量
然後透過運動維持或增益身體體能
那麼你可以吃的很開心 也擁有健康.美好體態與維持好的體能狀況
我想上帝創造食物是要讓我們維生 不是來殘害生靈的
所以 享受你的食物吧.....
