剛查了一下行政院衛生署的運動熱量消耗表
其中:
走步(4公里/小時) 3.1大卡
快步走(6.0公里/小時) 4.4大卡
跑步(16公里/小時) 13.2大卡
我目前跑步的情況是符合走步的數值 所以其實我以為我是慢跑
其實是算走步囉?
那所謂的慢跑的話 大概是要做到多少的強度才算是慢跑呢?
我目前的狀態是如果400公尺以3.5分-4分的速度跑完的話 最多5圈就
沒辦法再跑下去了 如果以4.5分-5分的速度的話 就可以愉快的跑完10圈
每天在慢跑時看到旁邊的人都跑好快喔QQ 覺得很羨慕 自己只能慢慢按自己
的步調跑 不然根本跑不到半小時 希望有一天也能跑到4000公尺 30分鐘的程度
