今天呢七點起床,是晨跑的第二天(以前是晚跑)
喝了500cc的水然後去跑步
去跑楠梓都會公園
上網查了一下一圈是2.7公里
哦,跑個兩圈沒意外的話是5400m囉~~
昨天去跑的時候第二圈剩下三分之一就無法了
今天呢很順利的跑完,連我自己都嚇了一大跳
(一開始跑的時候腳踝有點痛,我很擔心...,大家會這樣嗎?)
然後收完操回家洗個澡大概九點多了
昨天早餐吃燻雞吐司,結果中午吃不太下
想說早餐吃個"大"蘋果好了,午餐再吃多一點
結果吃完之後一陣子呢...
哦?好像有點餓...
之後肚子有點感覺就去嗯嗯了(正常)
再來肚子還是一直攪
一直攪一直攪一直攪一直攪一直攪一直攪一直攪一直攪
很像生病那種,要拉肚子又好像沒有的那種痛
(就是不敢放屁的那種ˊˋ我都要哭了..)
然後11點多自助餐應該開了
我就忍著痛火速衝出去吃午餐
夾了比平常多一點的量(想說要補回來)
然後根本吃不下阿阿阿阿(平常是吃的完的)
可是為了身體我還是很緩慢的把他喀玩
唉,本來想說去圖書館悠哉一下
看情況是要回家睡覺了
現在呢是舒緩多了
想說等等在去躺畢竟剛吃飽
所以到底是怎麼回事阿阿阿阿
1.剛開始跑腳踝會痛是正常的嗎?
2.會肚子痛的原因可能是?
3.看了精華區慢跑傷膝蓋建議不要天天跑,
可是我好想天天跑怎麼辦?還是是看個人體質呢?
今天有阿伯跟我說加油,揪甘心!!!
