早餐的選擇 - 減肥

最近為了健康及減肥, 早起出門慢跑到早餐店買早餐
再跑回住的地方吃
不過爬了文發現 若是吃蔥抓餅/煎餃/水煎包類的早餐,
好像熱量會過高.......
不過我家附近的早餐店只有賣這些東西......
想請問若是把它改回麵包吐司類 熱量會比較少一點嗎?
還是其實吃什麼都無所謂呢?
