大家好
小的最近二個月開始減肥
一周約運動3~4次
踩健身車,每次約1小時以上,踩到全身都是汗才會停下來
早餐吃代餐
午餐正常吃
晚餐也正常吃,只是澱粉類盡量減少
只是現在代餐快吃完了(我是喝清醍醐的)
想要省一點錢,因為每餐70實在太花錢了
想問一下版上各位有沒有什麼建議?
以喝的為主,花費時間越短越好(因為早上要上班都很趕,我會賴床orz)
