漫長的減肥到現在
好不容易體重快看到4開頭了
昨天量看到50.00就不知道我有多開心
但是呢明天要跟家人 (媽媽,哥哥)
提早慶祝吃母親節大餐
地點是我找的吃"拔費"
我很久沒跟家人一起出去吃飯
當然是很期待
一個人要800+
但是內心又很煎熬
我現在心裡是有幾個想法
1.跟平常一樣控制熱量,斤斤計較,算好晚餐所需要的熱量
2.不要吃炸的,不要吃甜點,吃個6.7分飽
3.既然都到了那就火力全開,就吃了吧!!
結束後是一定會跑去運動的啦!!!
只是好奇如果是你們會選擇哪一個?!
或有更好的想法!!
