我個人的經驗是跑步(有氧瘦全身)+重訓雙管齊下最有效
有空加個游泳當然就更棒了
我習慣慢跑 7km/40min 一週五天
如果趕時間的話就是4次 + 一次HIIT (建議有養成運動習慣後再來HIIT)
其實跑的速度不重點
而是是否可以持續30分鐘以上
也不是汗流得多就瘦得快
重點在於心跳數能不能達到減脂的程度喔
(可以估狗之後自己算一下 每個年齡都不同)
重訓的話 股四頭 外展肌 內縮肌持之以恆的鍛鍊
不僅可以提升跑步效率
也可以降低運動傷害 更可以美化線條喔^^
游泳我只有蛙式比較熟練 所以就利用踢腿的動作來當做腿部的鍛鍊
(游泳是有氧 可以瘦全身!!
但是先瘦哪裡/比例如何 則是基因天注定半點不由人啊....)
