每天晚上到植物園慢跑半小時,再走半小時,睡前做簡單的瘦腿操大約二十分鐘
我的問題:
有每天喝兩公升以上的水,但體重就是維持在65公斤降不下去,
倒是之前在學校的時候沒有每天跑步還瘦到63公斤= =
平時因為不喜歡甜的所以很少吃零食餅乾,很困惑究竟是怎麼了?
難道肥肉像養熟的狗一樣
趕也趕不走?(大驚)
