明明要練胸 三頭先沒力了但是胸還沒有撕裂感 - 健身

小弟剛練兩個多月 因為沒錢去健身房報到
買了啞鈴跟啞鈴椅在家土法煉鋼
平常爬爬水肥哥的文 看看館長影片練動作
因為我只有啞鈴所以看館長影片啞鈴的動作我會特別注意
今天練胸 用健力式姿勢開始做
30磅開始熱身
30lbs*20rep(先熱開)
35lbs*15rep
40lbs*10rep
45lbs*10rep
50lbs*6rep
就沒力了 總共只有做五組!最後一組還沒有做完 整個崩潰......
做完了以後 因為我胸推真的抬不起來了 乾脆再練了一下三頭
練完三頭 想說再試試看 用了最輕的30磅再做了10下
我覺得三頭已經要爆掉了 但是胸卻一點感覺都沒有
請問版上巨巨 壯壯 大大們 我的情況是
1.肌耐力太弱 好好操爆你的三頭再說
2.姿勢不正確 夾緊你的背 挺好你的胸
3.天生就是弱肌 砍掉重練吧
4.xxxxxx請版上巨巨補充
請問我該怎麼改進會比較好
想要努力舉起50磅做完完整的10下 而且組數這麼少根本感覺沒有練到胸
請問要怎麼樣才能夠加強呢 謝謝!!!
