在這版上總是拿吃到基礎代謝來勸人,必須要吃到!
真的必須要吃到?!
要減重的人也一定、一定、一定要!?
這個傳統不知道從何時開始流傳的?
不過沒關係!
覺得需要釐清一下
「沒有攝取到基礎代謝會有生命危險的情況,
是長期處飢餓狀態下而沒吃到基礎代謝。」
所以有沒有處於「飢餓狀態」很重要!

如果還不知道是什麼狀態呢?!
最簡單界線就是小於BMI 18!
fitness 雖然被版主定義為體適能!但也有健康的意思!
讓體重回到正常範圍不容易受傷也能提升運動表現。
飲食控制為體重管理之要,幾天吃超量就少吃幾天就好
在無生命危險的情況下,都可允許的!
藉由這次導正視聽,讓後人不再被這種被偷換概念的錯誤認知給誤導。
此並不鼓勵長期斷食,但對有胖問題的人可以適時短暫斷食減少體重有助身體健康。
