是這樣的,
因為從小體弱多病,很常感冒也很常身體會感受到莫名不舒服,
本身有地中海貧血,所以頭暈頭痛更是常有的事情。
再加上我154公分/45公斤,
算是偏瘦體質,只要工作壓力太大體重就會掉,
所以至今體重也未超過45公斤過。
總之在今年七月因為報名了健身房,於是開始培養起運動的習慣,
多半時間都是上健身房內的瑜珈課程,
當然也因為有教練課的關係,有學一點器材,
因為教練説我心肺功能不太好,心跳太快,於是常常會感受到疲累跟想睡,
所以建議我使用交叉機練心肺,或是快走/慢跑30分鐘每天。
常感受疲累跟想睡覺對工作其實滿不好的,
所以我一直滿努力想維持心肺運動這一塊,
加上因為我每到夏天就會食慾不振(吃東西會想吐)
開始運動之後,雖然食量並沒有變大,但至少炒飯/便當等可以吃得下並吃完!
所以我覺得那對我而言已經是很大的進步了!
但問題來了,
最近遇到好久不見的朋友,總是紛紛跟我說,我又消瘦了不少,
尤其是臉越險消瘦,
我實在想不通明明我今年夏天的食量比以往好很多,
沒有維持住就算了卻讓人覺得我變瘦了?
(但體重根本沒變化,還是在44-45之間浮動)
所以現在的我進健身房就只有單純上瑜珈課,
沒有再多做其它心肺練習,
我猜想是否因為心肺有氧運動消耗的熱量比較高,而我也只恢復我應該要有的飲食習慣,
熱量攝取並沒有那麼足夠,所以不胖反瘦?
但又覺得不練心肺不行,我還是想要有精神一點,
運動的分配量覺得好苦惱......
也覺得這真是個很難搞的身體,唉!
