晚上七點吃飯?熱量囤積? - 健身

我體重80kg,身高163cm,基代約一千五左右。
一周約慢跑四天,一次一小時至一小時十分,速度約6km/hr,
早上8點,中午12點,晚上7點吃飯,
晚上大概都吃半碗飯,一至二份蔬菜,有時有一份肉,一至二碗湯。
這樣約三個多月了,
體重一直都沒變,甚至還增加一兩公斤,
家人覺得是晚飯太晚吃,可是我傍晚五點半去慢跑,跑完回家洗好澡就七點啦!
而且之前有爬文,不是說一天總熱量不要超過,多晚吃都沒關係?(我印象中啦...)
請問大家覺得哪裡需要修改哩。

早餐:麥當當豬肉滿福堡OR肉燥飯OR薯餅2塊OR飯糰OR小籠包6顆
午餐:雞肉飯(正常便當盒)+紫菜水 OR 池上菜飯 OR 素食自助餐(6塊百頁+2個綠椰菜+4
塊海帶+1大匙嘎里馬鈴薯+數塊豆乾+小碗飯)
晚餐:1/2碗飯+媽媽煮的青菜等+1~2碗湯
其他:每天喝水約4000C.C.
日常作息時間:朝八晚五上班族;23點睡覺;8點起床
生活型態:上班族+學生
