晚上抬腿腳很麻? - 減肥

不知道這個問題可不可以在這裡問
不能的話我會刪文~
開始減肥第五天了,每天至少跑3000公尺 或 至少跑40分鐘 (都是慢慢跑)
跑完以後會慢走操場3~4圈(操場400m)
回家還會把腳靠著牆壁抬腿,抬個15~20分鐘
每次抬腿的時候,腳都不會麻
但是抬完腿,放下後,腳就會開始非常的麻!!!!
麻到很像要抽筋那種麻(嚴重的時候)
平常就算沒有跑步,晚上抬腿完 也會覺得超級麻....> <
我不知道為什麼?有爬過文了
因為住宿的時候,女生們常常晚上就一起在床上抬腿阿~順便聊聊天
但是大部分的人腳都不會麻,而我卻常常會這樣
有版友也有這樣的情況嗎?是不是電解質不夠?
還是我剛跑完步,收操(慢走)時間不夠久呢?
有點小困擾.....因為每天都習慣睡前抬腿,可是抬完腳會麻卻讓我很討厭!
(就是那種又癢又麻的尷尬感!)
大家有抬腿的習慣嗎? 抬完腳也會像我一樣很麻嗎......??
不知道怎麼做比較好哩!?
