晚上跑完步睡不著 - 健身

小弟跑步的時間約為晚上9點左右
跑完整個晚上人會很亢奮
約莫要等到凌晨2點後才睡得著
剛剛有爬過文 板上較推薦的的解決方法是
不要太晚跑步 或是跑完步做點較緩和的運動 如:瑜珈
我想問問看 除了上述兩種方法
有沒有什麼食物或飲料吃了可以稍微緩和神經 幫助入眠
還請有經驗的大哥大姐們分享 謝謝!!
