晚上跑步肚子餓!! - 健身

因為工作型態問題 下班都9點了
可是晚餐偏偏沒吃 都吃麥片墊肚子
但又想說今天沒運動 就去操場跑步
跑完 很餓 吃東西適合嗎? 如果可以吃啥比較推薦呢?
我今天就是這個狀態 跑了12公里 然後做了40下仰臥起坐(10下10下做)
晚上超餓的 結果我就跑去買5個關東煮來吃XD 還有檸檬汁
這樣適合嗎? 還是不要吃比較好?
