晚上運動完後的飲食 - 健身

想請問版上各位先進
每天晚上小弟做完運動之後
已經接近十點十一點
但是肚子非常非常的餓
還會再吃一條6吋的SUBWAY+一杯豆漿
不然半夜必定餓醒或睡不好
有嘗試過只喝一杯豆漿
但也是半也就餓醒
請問這樣對減脂會有影響嗎?
因為最近有點卡關 加上似乎有看過晚餐之後減少進食的文章
所以想請問一下大家 麻煩幫我解個惑吧 感恩
