三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:通常是原味蛋餅+水/蘿菠糕+蛋/草莓吐斯+牛奶
早點:有時候會喝220ML的全脂牛奶(3次/WEEK)不然就是沒有吃
午餐:自助餐
1碗飯+3樣菜+瘦肉(有時候會夾兩條炸排骨大概長6CM寬1.5CM高0.5CM那種)
或是豬肉炒飯
晚餐:自助餐/炒飯/
OR魯味(一包麵/兩樣菜/3片薄豬肉/一塊豆皮/三塊豆干/麻辣湯底沒喝湯)
其他:一個禮拜大約吃一次消夜(薯條乙份)
睡眠:1點睡8點多起床
生活型態:考生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一個禮拜
固定慢跑兩次(3k/15mins) 剛開始跑沒多久,未來希望可以拉到跑半小時
(心跳沒有買機器,沒辦法測量sorry)
游泳兩次(1.3k/30mins)有時候捷泳和蛙式會混合,為了提升心跳數
練羽球兩次(1.5hr/一次)一次比較激烈一次偏向輕技巧
重訓兩次(1hr/一次)腿胸背肩都有練(項目有點多就不詳細打出來了)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
由於以前就都有運動習慣,所以剛執行這份菜單的時候並沒有覺得特別累
(大概執行6個禮拜),前面三週體脂有降一點,原本都是20左右,降到
19或18多,但是最近三個禮拜有點停滯不前,都維持不變,所以想說問問
各位高手的意見,是我吃太多嗎?(但我覺得再少我會餓死= =)
然後我持續重訓1年多了,打羽球游泳也好多年了,我以為我基代會比較高一點
沒想到量出來才1596(康是美量的),以常運動的人來說這樣算低的吧?...
請問,照我目前這樣,有可能讓我的腹肌現行嗎?(電腦人做很久了)
該繼續執行這份菜單嗎?還是有哪裡可以更改的?
