小弟目前是羽球校隊
一周會有四天練球
時間是晚上6:00~10:00
一次運動大約喝掉3000-4000cc的水
一般來說運動前是攝取澱粉
運動後補充蛋白質?
但因為一般練完球洗好澡大概10:30了
這時候再補充蛋白質會不會變成脂肪囤積呢
想請教一下這種時間點運動飲食該如何調配
