晚餐吃澱粉好還是吃澱粉加蛋白質好 - 健身

我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是
想請問一下版友
搜尋一下精華區大部分的人還是支持說三餐都要有澱粉
目前早午餐澱粉沒特意挑
晚餐是挑低gi澱粉,如地瓜蕎麥麵冬粉糙米飯
有鑑於晚上代謝能力較差又加上有文章和研究證明分食法的好處(澱粉和蛋白質)
所以本來晚上的魚便當(半碗飯加一尾魚加三樣菜)
現在改成1.5碗飯+3樣青菜,熱量大概差不多沒變
這樣的變動好嗎
還是改成不吃那半碗飯晚餐吃魚呢,好想吃魚的我...............
