晚餐和健身先後 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好,小弟是健身菜鳥,有個問題想向大家請益。
因為自己目前是研究生,平常下課大約是五點半左右,這時候就面臨一個抉擇,就是應該
先吃晚餐再去健身,還是先健身再吃晚餐?
目前看到的資訊是,吃完晚餐後,血液會集中在胃部以進行消化,這時候運動表現會不盡
理想。
然後若先健身再吃晚餐,吃晚餐的時間可能要到八點之後,大家好像也不太建議過晚進食
。
有人會說那先吃晚餐,九點過後再去健身,但因為自己習慣九點過後處理一些論文或是其
他自己的事情,也不希望太晚運動,因此排除這個選項。
想請問大家若遇到這樣的情況,會如何做抉擇?
