請問晨跑前不進食,是否燃脂率可以增加?
現在每週晨跑6天,每次40~50分鐘,路程約7~8公里
若前天晚上吃較少,隔天早晨會吃一塊餅乾(類似喜餅)再開始
平常則是空腹就開始跑
有吃或沒吃時的體力耐力感覺沒差
想請教,若晨跑不進食,燃脂效率會更好嗎?
