一套做下來大概要半小時,裡面伸展和練身體彈性的方法我覺得蠻不錯的
書內容有點多,我記得的有
1.運動規劃最好一星期四天以上,1周1~2天是沒有效率的...
2.運動前要身體評估,很多人身體有某種限制和不對稱,要找出來,不然會受傷
3.熱身,有氧-關節-伸展,一套下來約30分鐘
4.要做間歇運動,不要只做有氧或重訓...
5.運動後要做妥善保養,按摩,飲食和睡眠
6.大部分人的運動方式沒有效率,且對身體有害
7.很多人知道該怎麼做,但不會去做
只做有氧的缺點
1.加速老化
2.時間過長會消耗肌肉
飲食的話
1.要一天六餐,少量多餐讓血糖不要劇烈變化,選低GI&GL食物
2.一天三餐和以白飯麵食為主食,是台灣糖尿病盛行主因
3.要了解自己代謝體質,蛋白質型? 碳水化合物型? 或混合型
