有氧與抗氧化 - 健身

有氧運動顧名思義就是要吸進氧氣來燃燒
可是在這過程中,身體自然會產生許多自由基
所以甚至聽說過某種不該刻意去運動的養生法
但是我想身體也會自然產生抗氧化劑(超氧歧化酶?)
來抗衡
所以我想問的是,大家會在有氧運動前或後刻意攝取天然抗氧化劑嗎?
例如 維他命C 綠茶多酚 之類的
這樣對有氧運動究竟是好是壞?
