景美開始的河濱快走/慢跑 - 健身

剛搬回大坪林附近居住
想從景美舊橋開始,到公館or古亭的河濱快走/慢跑
有人想一起嗎?
我對慢跑不是很擅長,所以比較喜歡快走
之前主要做的運動是皮拉提斯/瑜珈/室內有氧/游泳
但是夏天到了想多到戶外走走!
原po女,25歲175cm,體脂率26%,希望能減到20~22%↑↓
徵人男女不拘年齡不拘,但請體諒我這個慢跑新手XDD
時間的話也滿彈性的,基本上偏好清晨6-7點或下午5-7點左右或晚上
都可以再討論^^
