三餐內容
早餐:早餐店的 鮪魚蛋餅 or 饅頭夾蛋 or 7-11三明治
午餐:14:30~15:00 番茄蛋包飯 or 7-11餐盒 (500大卡左右)
晚餐:21:00~21:30 源士林的稀飯 ...= =+
其他:基本上都喝水,除非運動完快熱爆才會喝運動飲料
日常作息時間:
08:00 ~ 09:00 起床
01:00 ~ 03:00 睡覺 ... 為了趕論文初稿
生活型態:應該要延畢的研究生 T^T
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
(一) 13:00~14:00 重量訓練:胸、肩膀、三頭
(二) 13:00~14:00 重量訓練:腿
(三) 學校健身房沒開,只做有氧
(四) 13:00~14:00 重量訓練:背、二頭
(五) 學校健身房沒開,只做有氧
(六) 有氧
(日) 休息
其實應該每天晚上都有做有氧
只有星期日會休息,以及隔天如果腳很痠痛也會休息
有氧的話是:
晚上七點左右河濱跑10K,心跳儘量150以內...時間約 1hr10分
以上
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
這個課表我持續了兩三個星期了
體脂跟體重都沒掉 Orz
我想是我吃的部分跟時間有些問題
因為重訓跟有氧的時間都卡在吃飯時間左右
所以我都是等運動完才吃飯
所以想請問這樣的菜單ok嗎?還是有需要改進的地方?
學校健身房是從 12:00~16:00開放
跑步的話...如果要改時間也是可以,只是太晚我怕被狗追 = ="
