暴力上槓該怎麼練 - 健身

雖然是分享經驗
但實質是要勸退
小弟大概直上直下可以拉十五下
暴力上槓大概可以五下
剛開始也是完全摸不著頭緒土法煉鋼
毫無成效
跑去請教一個路人高手
他教了幾個重點
一是要去練習轉手腕
讓手腕鎖住再借力撐上去
似乎說的太抽象 水管有滿多影片可以找的
二是前期不要怕丟臉
去國高中矮的單槓練
先用腳輔助去習慣動作和發力
認真練大概一兩個禮拜就能看到成效了
勸退點是我在某次暴力上槓後傷了右手肩膀
休息半年看復健不重訓之後好多了
現在回復訓練
但偶爾還是會感到酸痛感
整隻手轉圈時骨頭會咔咔作響
很不方便
這動作除了帥之外應該很多動作可以替代它的訓練性
人生苦短 別想不開
