最近「蘿蔔腿」弄到暴怒 - 健身

看到這篇讓我想到最近的感受.
從開始跑步至今瘦了13公斤,體脂率掉了9~10%,現在體脂是20%,
全身都有瘦,真的很高興;但就是小腿屹立不搖,小腿圍依然是35公分.
看到我的人都會說我是瘦子,但一看到我的小腿,沒人相信我體重45公斤,
體脂20%;而且那不是肌肉,肯定是肥肉,但活在這個"跑步小腿會粗"的觀念
肆虐的世界,會有人不斷的說"你看啦!你就是跑步腿才會這樣!"
"果然跑步腿會粗""不要跑了啦,會越來越粗";但明明不是,我知道是我體質問題.
本來想用行動證明跑步是好事,但自己卻變成反證,好對不起fitness板阿.
