能夠以年紀身高體重來算出這個問題嗎?
或者由中餐早餐的量來換算出大概晚餐該吃幾碗飯嗎?
有沒有一個網站能算出你今天吃了多少熱量
才不會超過又能飽
從小時候我都試吃一碗飯就飽
但現在24歲吃一碗飯後晚上會餓
可能是曾經胖過所以吃的量有增加
我應該如何回復到以前的量呢?
還是說吃的量一但增加救回不去了? 胃撐大就無法縮小?還是可以縮小?
最近吃的量都無法拿捏
到底怎麼吃可以晚上也不會有餓的感覺呢?
