一個月前開始健身+飲食控制
從以前有一餐沒一餐的,到三餐正常吃到基代
從完全不碰蔬果,到每天狂吃奇異果氣色變超好
每天傍晚跑操場30~40分鐘 心跳120,回家休息一下
九點會再做鄭多燕或TEABO有氧,約40分鐘
力氣還夠的話,會做10分鐘的核心或8分鐘練腹肌的影片
剛開始精神飽滿,思路清晰,甚至以為自己可以好好練路跑
結果這三天,跑步時出現手腳末梢發麻,手軟腳軟甚至虛脫的症狀
昨天這症狀更嚴重了,我懷疑是血糖不足
今天慢跑過25分,雙手如流,酥軟到覺得自己力氣快飄散了(但不是疲累感)
回辦公室時先是腳踩空跌倒,又頭撞門差點仆街
但是今天3:00 才吃烤雞三明治(300卡)+主管請的該死半糖咖啡(400卡)
也因為這樣晚餐都還沒吃,就把一天基代吃滿了XDDDDD
怎麼還會這樣呢,之前越跑越覺順有Runner's high,難道只是迴光返照Q Q
還是因為這個月我每天都運動沒有休息所致> <
體重掉了2kg,體脂掉了2%我以為體力會越來越好......
