最近買了一個仰臥起坐板... - 健身

因為想要練腹部的力量
所以買了一個一千出頭的仰臥起坐板(有弧度的)

一開始是分批做 大約一次20下
一天下來做了四次
做的方式是整個身體躺在板子上
手擺在胸前(話說做這個比平常的仰臥起坐還累 根本到最後就是手往前伸才起得來...)
然後身體完全起來
就是照他的那個示範圖做
但很奇怪的是脊椎那邊會痛(大概是腰部那部份吧)
本身178公分
沒什麼傷痛史
是說不能完全起來嗎
還是說背部與板子不能有空隙...
爬了蠻多文還是有點困擾
想說剛買就沒用實在很可惜
所以請教有經驗的人解答一下
如何做才是正確的
