自從練重訓後,不只關心自己身上的體脂量,也會開始打量別人身上的體脂量,在健身房
看到標準就會比較高,
看到勤練卻沒長肌肉的會暗自低估這個人方法是不是用錯了,可能是沒運動細胞,抓不到
重點,看到練很壯的還會看他是不是有練均勻,只練上半身,下半身沒肌肉的一定打不及
格
在路上看到路人,即使是瘦子,還是會想說這個人瘦歸瘦,但是手提高時,明顯蝴蝶袖,
體脂至少破30。而且看到正妹開始沒感覺,雖然臉蛋漂亮,但是鬆垮沒練的肉會特別敏感
,也是扣分扣很大
結論是練重訓後審美觀變了,不是瘦就好,而是關注別人的體脂,有人練重訓後也有強迫
症幫人量體脂的嗎?
