早餐:兩片全麥吐司+鮪魚+一顆煎蛋(去美乃滋)+無糖豆漿450ml+生菜一份
早點: 香蕉/蘋果x1
午餐:一碗飯+1.5~2拳頭量菜+一份肉(瀝油)
午點: 咖啡一杯(無糖)/或牛奶
晚餐:生菜半顆+雞胸肉150g+穀片牛奶+核果一把
(或同午餐,一週有3-4次吃雞胸肉)
晚點:蘋果一顆
日常作息時間:12點睡 6點半起床
生活型態:上班族

其實我很想請問板娘 LBM到底要怎麼算呢?
算自己的LBM是重要的嗎....如果用體脂計量 肌肉含量有增加呢?
這要怎麼算到底掉的是不是瘦肉量?
我查了網路 有不同算法= =
PS. 認真運動吃東西 每個月的伙食費大漲= =
光早餐早點都要買超過一百元了....
