滿腦子都在想這週的運動跟重訓要怎麼排 - 健身

這有走火入魔嗎?
我如果當天沒有決定好要慢跑/飛輪/或肌力訓練 就覺得有事沒做完……
或當天吃的不夠營養 就覺得不舒服 會想辦法在晚餐補完
例如:星期一做完重訓 最晚星期四跟六一定再去做 不然就覺得沒有持續,其他天做有氧。
這樣算焦慮嗎?還是良好習慣養成中?
大家會這樣嗎?
這種心思被重訓跟慢跑佔據的感覺 真是難以言喻得奇妙啊………
