想請問板上各位大大
最近來這個版才知道有關於有氧運動可以有效率的消耗脂肪
但有一點小弟不是很懂
因為根據能量守恆
越激烈的運動不是應該消耗更多能量
比方說打籃球好了 就算我消耗的大部分比例是肝醣而不是脂肪
但消耗的總能量一定比去慢跑來的多吧
為什麼有氧運動會對減肥比較有效果小弟不太理解
難道血糖過低時脂肪不會燃燒填補嗎?
因為小弟是很直觀的想不是只要看消耗掉多少熱量就好了 我可以30分鐘就消耗掉的
熱量 為什麼要選擇1小時來消耗呢?
不好意思麻煩了
