有上BODY PUMP課程要如何重訓 - 健身

BODY PUMP 好像是介在有氧跟重訓之間的一堂課
如果已經有上課人的(每次間隔2-3天) 中間還需要安插重訓嘛?
有做好像肌肉會不夠休息
光只有BODY PUMP又好像訓練不夠 畢竟一首歌對一個肌群來說也沒幾次
PS.有高手覺得BP有全身哪裡的肌群訓練比較弱需要補強的嘛
