自從養成快走的習慣之後
現在只要超過兩天以上沒運動的話
(沒有維持一定的運動量的話)
就會開始覺得有點小憂慮
然後下次快走就要再多加一些時間
像剛剛下毛毛雨
我還是撐著雨傘到我家附近河堤快走1.5小時..
其實還蠻涼的
這樣算是運動強迫症嗎XD
