體脂率:(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:燒肉蛋餅+350cc的紅茶 有時後睡過頭就不會吃
午餐:便當一個或是鴨肉飯一個(便當主菜是炸雞腿)
晚餐:家裡都會煮通常白飯半碗加一些青菜和一塊肉
其他:(可免填)原本有吃宵夜 線在都沒在吃了
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
七八點起床 1~2點睡
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右
一個禮拜會去慢跑個4~5天 一次跑2000m 約20分鐘

我想請問大家
我運動開始 和不吃宵夜是從10中開始的
10月的時候是74kg 目前是70
但好像有點卡住了~雖然有變瘦一點 但肚子只小一點點
想請問大家~我還有哪裡可以改善呢?
想維持在1個月瘦2kg
