在想健身到開始健身這段時間
我壓根沒想過要訓練我的腿部肌肉
想說靠平常的長跑 短跑 籃球 足球
應該就夠了
這樣長期下來會變得很奇怪嗎?
不知道有沒有其他板友是跟我一樣的呢?
大家會比較建議下半身也做重訓嗎?
ps:週五突然想練一下腿
感覺膝蓋就有點不適了(強度很低)
鍛鍊腿部肌肉後會好轉嗎?(用肌力減輕膝蓋的負擔?)
