練二頭總是前臂會先酸 - 健身

練了大概三個月了
除了剛開始一個禮拜二頭感覺有練到之外
後來不管是慢彎舉還是斜版彎舉
都會是前臂先酸,然後就做不下去
二頭好久沒有練到的感覺
不管我調重還是調低重量都一樣
請問該怎麼辦呢
